Did you hear?! Westy Wednesday is the new Giving Tuesday! This year you may have noticed we want to do ALL THE THINGS!! So far we've thoroughly enjoyed hanging out with you and getting to know our Westy families better at our Welcome Back Night, Trunk-or-Treat/Outdoor Movie Night, and our Westies Give Thanks and Give Back Bash!
Some things we've been able to fund so far or are planning to in the future include the students' gold folders and agendas, Kindergarten sunglasses, Westy Wellness Walk bracelets, the 4th & 5th-grade dance program, School Nurse and Custodian gifts, American Education Week refreshments (with the assistance of David Ross Orthodontics!), school play scholarships, event costs, teacher reimbursements (up to $75), Donuts with Your Grownups (Feb 1), an author visit, assemblies, subsidies for students without funds at Book Fair & Penguin Patch, 5th grade graduation decorations & refreshments, and there's still so much more we'd love to add to this list but we need your help!
With your donation we can be the elementary school the others just wish they could be! You'll be on the sports field sideline saying your kids go to West Towson with pride because everyone knows that's the fun school that does all the cool things.
